Pre-Orders ( with shipping ) and in policy

Items marked as pre-order require additional processing time. Please note that pre-orders take approximately 4–5 weeks to be prepared and handed over to the shipping carrier this refers to dispatch time, not delivery within 4–5 days.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the in-stock items will be shipped first, and the pre-order items will follow once they're ready.

Standard shipping times apply once each item is dispatched. We appreciate your patience and support as we prepare your order with care.

REFUNDS / COUPON CODE

Refunds are only issued for items that are confirmed to be faulty or damaged.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or sizing issues. However, you may request an exchange or receive a 100% coupon code, which can be used to repurchase the same item or any other item of equal value. This will be issued once the return has been received and inspected.

Items being assessed for faults must be returned to Velocité Activewear before a refund can be approved.

Please note, Velocité Activewear is not responsible for any returns that are lost or damaged during transit.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction

SHIPPING

Velocité Activewear is not responsible for any missing parcels, including those lost due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.

EXCHANGES

The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return your current item. Once your return has been accepted, we'll ship your preferred item as soon as possible. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, while Velocité Activewear will cover the cost of sending the exchanged item to you.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be in original condition — unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.

While we aim to have your requested item in stock at the time we process your return, availability is not guaranteed. If your requested item is unavailable, a 100% coupon code equal to the value of the returned item (after any discounts) will be issued instead.
